Special Village Board Meeting of May 20, 2009
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Plain was held at the Municipal Building on May 20, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. The following members were present: Raymond Ellenbolt, President; Robert Jewell; James Liegel; and, Robert Neuheisel, Trustees. Trustees David Buchanan; Duane Meise; and, Merry Lynn Riek were absent.
Notice of this meeting, along with the agenda, was posted at the following locations in the Village of Plain: the Municipal Building; the Plain Post Office; and, The Peoples Community Bank on Monday, May 18, 2009.
The purpose of this meeting was to act on the Development & Planning Commission’s recommendation regarding William Gruber’s Fence Variance.
The recommendation from the Planning and Development Commission is to approve the variance for the fence.
Jewell motioned to approve the variance for William Gruber’s fence. Ellenbolt seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
Liegel motioned to adjourn at 6:49 p.m. This was seconded by Neuheisel and then carried unanimously.
