The meeting was called to order by President Gruber at 7:12 p.m.
Kraemer motioned to approve the Village 2006 tax levy of $417,043.56. This was seconded by Murry, and then carried unanimously.
Kraemer next motioned to set the mill rate for the Village 2006 Real Estate and Personal Property taxes at $5.858069 per thousand dollars of valuation. The motion was seconded by Buchanan, and then carried unanimously. When added to the mill rates for the other taxing jurisdictions, the 2006 tax rate after applying the State school tax credit will be $18.513462.
Kraemer motioned to adopt the Debt Service Budget of $40,509.56 as presented. Murry seconded the motion, and then the motion carried unanimously.
Kraemer motioned to adopt the Capital Improvements Fund Budget of $21,204.00 as presented. Leeck seconded the motion, and then the motion carried unanimously.
Buchanan then motioned to approve the 2007 swimming pool membership, lesson and daily pass rates as presented. Adjustments from 2006 rates affected non-residents and the night rate. This was seconded by Liegel, and then carried unanimously. The rate schedule appears below.

Murry then motioned to set the effective date for 2007 wage increases for Village employees as January 8, 2007. This was seconded by Kraemer, and then carried unanimously.
Kraemer motioned to adjourn at 7:18 p.m. This was seconded by Leeck, and then carried unanimously.
