The following property owners were mailed notice of the Hearing on March 29, 2011:

The public hearing was called to order by President Ellenbolt at 7:00 p.m.  The purpose of the public hearing was to provide the property owners of Cedar Street and Nachreiner Avenue an opportunity to comment upon the proposed construction project.

Jason Kraemer and Joshua Schluter would like a large tree removed by their properties that is heaving the current sidewalk.

Jason Kraemer also would like to pour a new driveway with the new sidewalk going in. The board directed him to talk to the contractor as it is between them and the Village is not involved.

Bob Neuheisel is discussing his new sidewalk with Westbrook Associates to make sure everything is done appropriately. Curb and gutter appears to be in the plans to be installed on the east side of his lot to his driveway.

Brunson motioned to adjourn.  This was seconded by Kraemer, and carried unanimously at 7:16 p.m.
