Public Hearing: RE: Rezone Honey Creek Business Park

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Village of Plain Development and Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Kraemer Library & Community Center, 910 Main Street,  at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 to consider the petition of the Village of Plain to re-zone Parcel #171-0185-30000, from its present classification of Public District to Business/Commercial District; Parcel #171-0185-40000, from its present classification of Industrial District to Business/Commercial District; Parcel #171-0185-52000, from its present classification of Industrial District to Business/Commercial District; Parcel #171-0185-70000, from its present classification of Industrial District to Public District; and, Parcel #171-0185-60000, from its present classification of Industrial District to Agricultural District.

                       

The Commission will review the above petition and make its recommendation to the Village Board.

 

The Village Board will announce its decision at the regular board meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
