Review and approval of Minutes of May 14, 2008 Regular Board Meeting, 2008 Board of Review and the May 21, 2008 Special Meeting.

Review and approve original application for a Liquor License on behalf of Aces Entertainment, LLC, agent Michael D. Leist, for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.

 

Executive Director Karna Hanna will present the Sauk County Development Corporation annual report.

Committee Reports

 

Second reading and passage of Ordinance 158-08, an Ordinance annexing territory located north of the Village west of Highway 23.

 

Review and discussion of the draft Park Master Plan.

 

Discussion and action regarding a revaluation of assessed property for 2010, to begin in 2009.

 

Review and approval of the updated contract for the Chief of Police.

 

Consideration and action regarding police department staffing levels.

 

Discussion and action regarding a proposal for the installation of a 12’ gate at The Kraemer Company’s yard for access to a manhole.

 

Consideration and adoption of Resolution #2008-03, concerning the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report.

 

Consideration and adoption of Resolution 2008-04, increasing Village fees and fines.

 

Review and approve contract for propane delivery for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.

 

Review and approve applications for Operator’s licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.

 

Review and approve: a Temporary Class B Retailer's license; temporary operator's licenses; fireworks display permit; and, an extended hours permit for the Plain Fire Protection District/E.M.S. Three-Day Celebration.
