  3. Review and approval of Minutes of the April 14, 2010 Regular Board Meeting and the April 22, 2010 Special Meeting.
  4. Discussion and possible action regarding on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning the petition of Steve and Peggy Whitford for a setback variance on parcel #171-0021-00000.
  5. Discussion and action regarding stop lights at the intersection of State Hwy 23 and County Hwy B.
  6. Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
  7. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Police Department.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding the bail bond schedule deposit.
  9. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Public Works Department.
  10. Discussion and action on President's recommendations for committee/commission assignments.
  11. Discussion and possible action regarding reports from the following Committees:

Finance, Parks, Police, Golf Course, Library, Streets, Utilities, Building, Pool, Ordinance, Development & Planning and Green TTEC Advisory

  1. Discussion regarding the Construction Manager for the Green TTEC Building.
  2. Review and approval of a renewal application for a 6-month Liquor License for Edward Alan Liegel for the period May 13, 2010 through November 13, 2010.
  3. Review and approve applications for Liquor Licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
  4. Review and approve a Temporary Class B Retailer's license and temporary operator's licenses for the St. Luke’s Parish Festival.
  5. Discussion and possible action on the insurance proposal from League of Wisconsin Municipalities Mutual Insurance for the period of June 2010 through May 2011.
  6. Hiring of seasonal employees for 2010: Assistant Recreation Program Director; and, Public Works Helper.
  7. Review of Correspondence
  8. Review and Audit of Invoices
  9. Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility. Re: Discussion and possible action regarding setting wages for Assistant Recreation Program Director; and, Public Works Helper.
  10. Motion by roll call vote to enter Closed Session.
  11. Motion to return into Open Session.
  12. Adjournment.
