- Review and approval of Minutes of the April 14, 2010 Regular Board Meeting and the April 22, 2010 Special Meeting.
- Discussion and possible action regarding on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning the petition of Steve and Peggy Whitford for a setback variance on parcel #171-0021-00000.
- Discussion and action regarding stop lights at the intersection of State Hwy 23 and County Hwy B.
- Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from Police Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the bail bond schedule deposit.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from Public Works Department.
- Discussion and action on President's recommendations for committee/commission assignments.
- Discussion and possible action regarding reports from the following Committees:
Finance, Parks, Police, Golf Course, Library, Streets, Utilities, Building, Pool, Ordinance, Development & Planning and Green TTEC Advisory
- Discussion regarding the Construction Manager for the Green TTEC Building.
- Review and approval of a renewal application for a 6-month Liquor License for Edward Alan Liegel for the period May 13, 2010 through November 13, 2010.
- Review and approve applications for Liquor Licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
- Review and approve a Temporary Class B Retailer's license and temporary operator's licenses for the St. Luke’s Parish Festival.
- Discussion and possible action on the insurance proposal from League of Wisconsin Municipalities Mutual Insurance for the period of June 2010 through May 2011.
- Hiring of seasonal employees for 2010: Assistant Recreation Program Director; and, Public Works Helper.
- Review of Correspondence
- Review and Audit of Invoices
- Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility. Re: Discussion and possible action regarding setting wages for Assistant Recreation Program Director; and, Public Works Helper.
- Motion by roll call vote to enter Closed Session.
- Motion to return into Open Session.
- Adjournment.
