  4. Discussion and possible action regarding on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning the petition of Paul & Lisa Davis for a setback variance at 1070 Nachreiner Ave.
  5. Discussion and action on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning the zoning assignment for the recently annexed territory by the ratification of Ordinance 169-10. 
  6. Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
  7. Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Green TTEC Director.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Police Department.
