Review and approval of Minutes of October 8, 2008 Regular Board Meeting; and, the Minutes of the October 16, 2008 Special Board Meeting; and, the November 11, 2008 Public Hearing and Special Board Meeting.


Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.


General Engineering will be present regarding construction updates and pay applications.


Report from Public Works


Committee Reports


First reading of Ordinance 161-08, amending Section 16 of Chapter 13 “Municipal Utilities” to increase wastewater treatment service charges after December 31, 2008.


Discuss and action upon Resolution 2008-09, authorizing borrowing of $513,500.00 from the State of Wisconsin Board of Commissioners of Public Lands for the for the TIF #2 Amendment and Industrial Park expansion.


Action on placing the following special assessments and interest for curb and gutter on the 2008 tax roll:

                                                Parcel # 171-0236-00000                  $179.15

                                                Parcel # 171-0096-00000                  $131.16


Action on placing private work totaling $48.25 on the 2008 tax roll for Parcel # 171-0212-00000.


Action on placing a building violation fine in the amount of $250.00 on the 2008 tax roll for Parcel



Review and act on renewal of auditing services from Johnson Block and Company, Inc. for the Village’s 2008 financial records.


Discussion and action regarding re-assessing flood damaged homes.


Discussion of any other business.

The Board will then adjourn to Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) to set the salaries and wages of full and part-time year-round Village employees.
