Discussion with non-resident sewer customers and action regarding the 1981 sewer contract between the Village of Plain and River Valley Veterinary Clinic and to proceed with contractual obligations to annex.
Josh Straka of Strand Associates, Inc. will be present to update the board on the Plain Honey Creek Business Park.
Executive Director Karna Hanna will present the Sauk County Development Corporation annual report.
Update and action regarding the EDA grant application for infrastructure in the Plain Honey Creek Business Park and the LEEDS Career Academy.

Discussion and action regarding the Swimming Pool maintenance projects to be done this fall.
Discussion and action on Resolution 2009-04, requesting exemption from the Sauk County library tax levy.
Establish date and time of the Budget Hearing to approve the Village’s 2010 budgets.
Review and approve contract for propane delivery for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
Review and approve applications for Operator’s licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
Review and approve: a Temporary Class B Retailer's license; temporary operator's licenses; fireworks display permit; and, an extended hours permit for the Plain Fire Protection District/E.M.S. Three-Day Celebration.
