Subject matter:

          This will be a special meeting of the Village of Plain Board of Trustees. This meeting is open to the public.

          The meeting will include the following:

(a)  Village Board tour of Kraemer Brothers Maintenance Facility to identify land use in the TIF District.

(b)  Full board action of the Development & Planning Commission’s recommendation regarding Kathy Emshoff’s Deck Variance.

(c)   Full board action of the Development & Planning Commission’s recommendation regarding Sasha Parkevich’s Rezoning Petition.
