7. Discussion and action regarding      Resolution 2012-09: Resolution Authorizing The Issuance And Establishing      Parameters For The Sale Of Not To Exceed $990,000 Taxable General      Obligation Promissory Notes.
8. Discussion and action regarding      Resolution 2012-10: Resolution Authorizing The Issuance And Establishing      Parameters For The Sale Of Not To Exceed $1,445,000 General Obligation      Refunding Bonds.
