  6. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Police Department.
  7. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Public Works Department.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding reports from the following Committees:

Pool, Building, Police, Cable TV, Parks, Golf Course, Finance, Library, Utilities, Streets, Ordinance, Development & Planning and Green TTEC Advisory

  1. Discussion and action regarding appointing three individuals to three-year terms to the Library Board.
  2. Discussion and possible action regarding an estimate for lighting in the Clerk/Treasurer’s office.
  3. First Reading regarding Ordinance 166-10, specification of expectations of snow removal from sidewalks.
  4. First Reading regarding Ordinance 167-10, Joint Municipal Court.

  6. Discussion and possible action regarding the Village’s 99 year lease to the American Legion for the Veteran’s Memorial Park.

  10. Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility. Re: Discussion and possible action regarding setting wages for Pool Staff and Recreation Program Director.
  11. Motion by roll call vote to enter Closed Session.
  12. Motion to return into Open Session.
