PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE 

Notice of the Village of Plain: Special Meeting notice is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes that a Village Board Meeting will be held as follows:  

Place:          Municipal Building First Floor Meeting Room

                   1015   Cedar St., Plain, Wisconsin 

Date:           Wednesday, May 16, 2012 

Time:           5:30 p.m.

 

Subject matter: 

This will be a special meeting of the Village of Plain Board of Trustees. This meeting is open to the public.                  

          The meeting will include the following: 

• Roll Call
• Discussion and action on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning a variance from the residential setback requirement, for the purpose of construction of a detached garage at 825 Park Avenue.
• Discussion and action regarding Resolution 2012-06: INITIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $55,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT.
• Discussion and action regarding Resolution 2012-07: INITIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $2,400,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS
• Discussion and action regarding Resolution 2012-08: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF $2,455,000 TAXABLE GENERAL OBLIGATION CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS
