- Discussion and possible action regarding RESOLUTION #2010--03 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,400,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES AND THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $2,400,000 NOTE ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION THEREOF
- Discussion and possible action regarding outdoor alcohol consumption at 950 Alma Avenue.
- Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from Police Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding increasing the municipal court judges pay due the additional work load from Plain.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from Public Works Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the status of the pool: repairs, complaints, memberships, staff, Park Master Plan.

- Review and approve applications for Operator’s licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
- Review and approve: a Temporary Class B Retailer's license; temporary operator's licenses; fireworks display permit; and, an extended hours permit for the Plain Fire Protection District/E.M.S. Three-Day Celebration.
