  4. Discussion and possible action regarding RESOLUTION #2010--03 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,400,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES AND THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $2,400,000 NOTE ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION THEREOF
  5. Discussion and possible action regarding outdoor alcohol consumption at 950 Alma Avenue.
  6. Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
  7. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Police Department.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding increasing the municipal court judges pay due the additional work load from Plain.
  9. Discussion and possible action regarding report from Public Works Department.
  10. Discussion and possible action regarding the status of the pool: repairs, complaints, memberships, staff, Park Master Plan.

  13. Review and approve contract for propane delivery for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
  14. Review and approve applications for Operator’s licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
  15. Review and approve: a Temporary Class B Retailer's license; temporary operator's licenses; fireworks display permit; and, an extended hours permit for the Plain Fire Protection District/E.M.S. Three-Day Celebration.
