- Review and approval of Minutes of June 8, 2011 Regular Board Meeting.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the final pay request from Meise Construction.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Pay Request #1 from Rule Construction.
- Joel Gaalswyk will be present to report on Sauk County issues.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Development & Planning Commission’s recommendation on the petition of Cole and Kristin Brunson for a variance for placing a storage shed further than (20) twenty feet from the house/garage at 1590 Honey Creek Circle.
- Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Police Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Green TTEC Director.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Public Works Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding reports from the following Committees:

- Update regarding the decision from the Judge for the non-residents hooked to the sewer line.

- Discussion and possible action regarding Pay Request #3 from H&K Contracting.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Pay Request #3 for Ideal Builders, Inc.
- Second reading and adoption of Ordinance 172-11, creating the Green TTEC Board.
- Review and adoption of Resolution 2011-09, a final resolution to exercise special assessment powers under Wisconsin Statute 66.073 for the removal and replacement of curb and gutter on Cedar Street, from its intersection with St. Luke’s Avenue to Nachreiner Avenue; and, on Nachreiner Avenue, from its intersection with Cedar Street to Main Street.
- Consideration and adoption of Resolution 2011-10, borrowing for Cedar Street/Nachreiner Ave.
- Review and Consider Application to Recreational Trails Grant Program.
- Review and approval of operator’s license for Cheryl J. Larson and Tiffany Faber for the period ending June 30, 2012.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Wendorff Assessing contract.
- Discussion and possible action regarding Library Board vacancy appointment.

- Review and Audit of Invoices
- Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility. Re: Green TTEC Director
