Approval of Minutes for April 8, 2009 Regular Board Meeting and the April 15 & 29, 2009 Special Board meetings.

A representative from the Department of Transportation will be present regarding the placement of a GPS monument at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Report from Public Works and Police Departments.
Action on President's recommendations for committee/commission assignments.
Committee Reports
Discussion and action on the insurance proposal from League of Wisconsin Municipalities Mutual Insurance for the period of June 2009 through May 2010.
Review and approve applications for Liquor Licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
Review and approve a Temporary Class B Retailer's license and temporary operator's licenses for the St. Luke’s Parish Festival.
Discussion and action on the appointment of the Clerk/Treasurer for a two-year term through April 30, 2011.
Hiring of temporary Deputy Clerk/Treasurer.
Hiring of seasonal employees for 2009: Golf Course Maintenance worker and Golf Course Starters.
Consideration and adoption of Resolution #2009-03, concerning the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report.
Discussion of any other business.

The Board will then adjourn to Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to set wages for the temporary Deputy Clerk/Treasurer, Golf Course Maintenance worker and Golf Course Starters.
