Review and approval of Minutes of April 9, 2008 Regular Board Meeting and April 30, 2008 Special Meeting.

Discussion and action on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning the variance request of Benjamin and Andrea Ring for the purpose of construction of an attached garage at 1180 St. Luke’s Avenue.
Discussion and action regarding water drainage problems between the Municipal Building and The Palace.
Erik Henningsgard of General Engineering will be present for discussion regarding an update on A1 Excavating, TIF #2 Street and Utility Improvements; and, an update on the Well House #1 plans.

Action on President's recommendations for committee/commission assignments.
Committee Reports
First reading of Ordinance 158-08, an Ordinance annexing territory located north of the Village west of Highway 23.
Discussion and action on the insurance proposal from League of Wisconsin Municipalities Mutual Insurance for the period of June 2008 through May 2009.
Hiring of the Assistant Recreation Director and Golf Course Starters.
Review and approve applications for Liquor Licenses in the Village for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
Review and approval of an application for a 6-month Liquor License for Edward Alan Liegel for the period May 15, 2008 through November 15, 2008.
Review and approve: a Temporary Class B Retailer's license; temporary operator's licenses; and, an extended hours permit for the St. Luke’s Parish Festival.
Discussion regarding proposed increase in Village fees and fines.
Discussion of any other business.

The Board will then adjourn to Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) to set the wages of the Assistant Recreation Director & Golf Course Starters and for discussion of employee personnel matters.
