  6. Discussion and action on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning a variance from the residential setback requirement, for the purpose of construction of an addition to the house at 1185 St. Luke’s Avenue.
  7. Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
  8. Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Police Department.
  9. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2011 Police Contract.
