- Review and approval of Minutes of January 19, 2011 Special Board Meeting.
- Discussion and action on the recommendation of the Planning and Development Commission concerning a variance from the residential setback requirement, for the purpose of construction of an addition to the house at 1185 St. Luke’s Avenue.
- Comments from members of the public who have not been scheduled to address the Board.
- Discussion and possible action regarding report from the Police Department.
- Discussion and possible action regarding the 2011 Police Contract.
