Notice of the Village of Plain: Special Meeting notice is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes that a Village Board Meeting will be held as follows: 

Subject matter: 

This will be a special meeting of the Village of Plain Board of Trustees. This meeting is open to the public. 

  1. Call to Order/Roll Call
  2. Discussion and action regarding bids received for Honey Creek Recreational Trail Project.
  3. Discussion and first reading of Ordinance 182-12: Splitting sewer customer fees to apply a higher sewer fee category for nonresidential sewer customers.
  4. Discussion and action regarding a water rate increase of 3.2% as of January 1, 2013.
  5. Discussion regarding nonresident sewer customer’s litigation.
  6. Adjourn to Closed Session
  7. Approval of Closed Session Minutes from June 13, 2012.
  8. Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to confer and act with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning the litigation of non-residential sewer customers with respect to litigation in which it is involved.
  9. Closed Session per Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c) Re: Discussion and action regarding Green TTEC oversight and facility management; and, employee status restructure and compensation.
